Writing and sending Proper Notification

The legal procedure consists of two parts: (1) Writing a Proper DMCA Notice, and (2) Sending the Proper DMCA Notice to 1ClickShare.net Designated Agent.

Steps to “Report Abuse” to 1ClickShare.net:

To write a Proper DMCA Notice, state the following information:

   - A person "authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed".

2. State your contact information, including your TRUE NAME, street address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, or if a large number of works are appearing at a single website, a representative list of the works.

4. Identify the material that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, to which you are requesting that 1ClickShare.net disable access over the World Wide Web.

5. Identify the location of the material on the World Wide Web by providing information reasonably sufficient to permit 1ClickShare.net to locate the material.

6. State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.

7. State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.



A proper notification MUST contain the information above, or it may be IGNORED.



Exception! Abuse for files with violence, child-pornography, cruelty, national and religious dissension taking without this Terms and deleting immediately!

Notice and takedown procedure

1ClickShare.net will follow the procedures provided in the DCMA to properly enforce rights of copyright holders. When a Proper DMCA notification is received by Designated Agent, or when 1ClickShare.net becomes otherwise aware that copyright rights are infringed, it will remove or disable access to infringing materials as soon as possible. You don't need to wait confirmation from us about this action.



If users submitting or downloading materials believe that their use of materials was lawful, they have the right of sending a Proper Counter-notification in order to restore access to these materials. 1ClickShare.net will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter notification is received by its Designated Agent.
